Aquarius Career Forecast — October 24, 2026
With the Sun, Venus, and Mercury all gathering in your tenth house of career and reputation, your professional identity is under a powerful spotlight. This is a moment for auditing your trajectory and refining how you present yourself to the world.
Mercury retrograde in the tenth house encourages you to revisit old professional goals or reconsider a path you previously discarded. Your natural objectivity helps you see where your ambitions may have shifted, allowing you to prune away outdated expectations.
However, squares between these tenth-house planets and Pluto in your first house suggest a tug-of-war between your public image and your internal need for transformation. You might feel a tension between meeting professional standards and maintaining your independence. Evolving your leadership style requires acknowledging this shift in your personal identity.
Career Guidance for Aquarius Today
